Account Removal
You can request the complete removal of your Palixo account at any time. Follow the steps below and we'll permanently delete your account and associated data.
How to request removal
- Open your email application and compose a new email to privacy@palixo.media.
- In the subject line, write "Account Removal Request".
- In the body of the email, include your Palixo username and state that you would like your account to be completely removed.
- Send the email. We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been permanently deleted.

Please note
Account removal is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your photos, galleries, and account information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
